Fees, Registration and Accommodation The ConferenceDue to sponsorship from the Crowne Plaza, we are able to offer a discount of $100 to the registration fees of any delegates who choose to use the Plaza as their accommodation for the conference. The Plaza room rates are as shown below, and have been discounted for conference delegates. The registration fee for all delegates (including students and emeritus academics) includes the proceedings, all lunches, morning and afternoon teas, the social function (Wednesday afternoon) and the formal conference dinner (Thursday evening). A daily registration fee of $250 is available for non-authors and includes food for that day (not the social function or conference dinner) and the proceedings on CD. A delegate may present two papers at the conference as part of their normal registration fee (but can be a co-author on any other papers). Delegates wishing to present more than two papers will be asked to pay an additional fee which reflects hire charges for the conference centre. Registration must be received by 16 November to guarantee inclusion of papers on the CD and to be given a time slot for presentation.
