Detailed instructions for authors

The organising committee will accept papers formatted using either the LaTeX or OpenOffice/MS-Word templates available on the web at
http://www.mech.uw.edu.au/16afmc/templates

As in the past, the conference proceedings will be published from ``camera-ready copy''. For reasons of uniformity, all papers must adhere to the format defined by the afmc_art.cls class file and the inst.tex ``template'' paper. Particular attention should be given to the formatting style used in the ``template''. Papers which do not conform to this style will NOT be published. Papers must be limited to 8 pages.

Files in the templates area:
inst.tex Template paper for users of LaTeX.
fig.eps Example figure for the LaTeX document.
afmc_art.cls LaTeX class file defining the document layout.
pslatex.sty Style file to use nice fonts in PDF documents. Your LaTeX installation may already have this file.
dvipdf Shell script to convert DVI file to PDF. Your LaTeX installation may already have this file.
afmc.bst BibTeX style if you want it.
afmc.doc Template paper for users of OpenOffice or MS-Word.
